You should be thriving... not just surviving. How can we help YOU?
Who knows how to help busy families thrive better than 2 (experienced / veteran) moms? As CEOs of their own households, Julie and Ashley have spent the last 15+ years curating homes that just make life run more smoothly. Today, they help share those same techniques with their clients.
What do they do exactly? Groceries, shopping, pick-up, home organization, moving services (packing / unpacking), home decor updates, home staging, guest preparations - anything that makes life in your home more livable.
Lose the List helps clients transition from barely making it through the day to thriving - Enjoying their home and the people in it.
Is there a room, closet, or cabinet in your house you avoid because you just can’t figure out how to make it work for you and your family? Lose the List helps clients by creating organization systems that work for families so they can maintain them long term.
Is your flex space turning into a catch-all instead of serving as an area everyone can enjoy individually and together? Lose the List works with clients to understand their needs - then creates spaces to serve them.
Do certain times of year (back-to-school, holidays, end-of-school) overwhelm you and your family with to-dos? From decorating the tree to purchasing teacher appreciation gifts, Lose the List helps clients enjoy each season by tackling those never-ending to-dos.

One of those rare unicorns that has access to talents associated with both the left and right sides of the brain, Julie is a go-getter, task-oriented mother of 4 (all boys!!!) who also teaches art classes, excels at watercolor and posses a keen eye for design.
With a background in psychology, Julie understands the importance of feeling comfortable in your space and loves helping clients create homes that reflect who they are and help them keep up with the demands of day-to-day life.
Julie combines her appreciation for all things beautiful - from food to flowers, artwork to armoires - and her desire to help simplify client’s lives in a way that leaves a lasting sense of serenity.
Possessing a true passion for helping others and leaving the world a better place than she found it, Julie finds joy in volunteer opportunities through the St. Louis Food Bank, and all 3 of her children’s school. Julie recently enjoyed creating a mural for Eureka Elementary School.
Ashley has always had a passion for the orderly. As a young child she reorganized the family junk drawer… for fun!
Color-coded closets are her love language.
She started her career in early childhood education after completing her undergraduate and masters degrees at Virginia Tech. As a kindergarten teacher, Ashley developed an even deeper appreciation for organizational systems that simplify everyday routines but are easy enough for
children to maintain.
Having tackled three moves within three different states over the last decade, Ashley often draws on her own personal experiences when helping clients stage, prepare for photographs and open houses and
pack/unpack belongings.
As a wife and mother of three herself, Ashley is passionate about helping families live their best lives in the homes they have today. Ashley enjoys volunteering with her sons, Camden & Ryan through the Young Mens Service League. Ashley and her daughter Charlotte volunteer together through the National Charity League.
